Un prénom féminin japonais relativement courant est Sachiko (今井幸子), qui signifie « Enfant de la fortune ».
Sachiko Imai, née en 1933 à Osaka, célèbre professeur japonais aux Affaires étrangères, elle a étudié avec Takayuki Tamura kai la peinture à l’huile.
En 1954, elle a été choisie pour participer à deux expositions Ji, Ji Kansai. Asahi exposition d’art – En 1971, elle est allée en France pour étudier, a été sélectionnée pour participer au Salon de Mai et Salon de l’art français.
Elle expose régulièrement ses œuvres en France et au Japon.
